Kite Environmental Solutions is a government accredited Packaging Compliance Scheme for the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations.

As a member of Kite's compliance scheme you will get one-to-one support with Members being assigned a Regulations expert to help with the whole compliance process including;

  • • completion of your Data Submission Form
  • • attendance at all Environment Agency audits

As an accredited Packaging Compliance Scheme Kite Environmental Solutions will also purchase Packaging Recovery Notes (PRNs / PERNs), register you with the Environment Agency and offset any Consumer Information Obligation on your behalf - in short a complete packaging compliance solution.
